I got a little fancy to make sure the list lined up with my 5mm grid in the Midori MD and then created a Dutch Door style tracker made out of 3 pages in the back of my journal.

I like having a balance of these "Do" and "Get" goals/tasks/numbers to track since both are important but motivate me in very different ways. The seller might still be able to personalize your item.
