everything was great except my room would not get cold I had to sleep with the window open other than that it was fine. Closing at 7:00 was way too early. Well designed hotel, great location. Everyone was very nice and professional. the staff was excellent! The front office was awesome, let me say this, theres a resort fee of 38 bucks a day, if you dare bring a car, its 42 bucks a day, just got my bill, its paid & im disgusted that this place charges you a room tax daily, 22 bucks a day!! Located in Fort Lauderdale, this charming resort for $301 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. All staff members were extremely friendly and kind. She gave us an attitude, we waited for the coffees disregarding her disrespect, she ignored us as we waited (for some reason she did not like it that we asked her), and after patiently waiting on the stoolswe left. The hotel restaurant was a real hit! Great location and gorgeous rooms with great beds. Bed was comfortable and clean room . very spacious and loved our view of the marina! I noticed the floor in the ice room (9th floor) was filthy dirty with what looked like dried vomit/soup beside the ice machine. perfect location for a girls trip! Room service got things wrong twice. Most staff was welcoming and helpful. wonderful room with a gorgeous view! Limit one benefit package per room, per stay. The beach chairs included in the resort fee.

So either you burn on the sun or you pay 26$ on the beach or you sit , slow service at breakfast. The hotel also provided a pack n play for my toddler, which was perfect. Hotel was centrally located to everything without having to get in a car. 3. The beach access for this place was terrible - this is not a beach resort - it is a hotel across a very busy street with lots of noise and trash everywhere. The hotel was very clean and the room was big and the bed was comfortable. Was able to see cruise ships pass by my room (see pic below) which was beautiful.

Since the price per night was so high I would expect the umbrella to be included. We like not having our room serviced every day so this also wasnt a problem. Pool was a little smalll. Three room limit per Cardmember, per stay. staff were all very helpful and nice. The servant dropped the egg on the floor when serving. Nothing special at all. Since we were three people we had to pay 18$ extra for a third chair on the beach. No coffee or breakfast in the morning but that was due to the pandemic. Shout out to Leslie, Felicia, Collin, Jen and Jefferey.. they helped make our stay that much better We still had beach access, just a little bit down the beach which was no big deal. Hotel a little run down, not super clean. They also gave complimentary Champagne on ice in room before arrival. Definitely will visit again. Both restaurants on the property had a very limited menu. Rooms and suites feature trendy contemporary dcor and all offer floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the marina or the Atlantic Ocean. Price for breakfast and parking a bit on the high side.

Free beach chairs, free drink coupons and use of bicycle at no additional charge was great. The onsite DJ on Friday night was the highlight of our stay. Staff super friendly. Staff were all wonderful. The bar was nice, breakfast was ok, nothing great. There could also be a few more pool loungers. Stayed on the tenth floor and it had an epic view !!! More interested in sitting in their office playing on their phones..one day it took 45 minutes to fetch our vehicle and then another staff had gone off with our keys..completely rubbish company. When we first got there, my card was charged the full amount for incidental fees, and the clerk said it would take about 2 days before my funds are refunded. The bar and restaurant in the hotel are very nice. There was a side view of the ocean, but mostly the busy, dirty street. The location across from Ft. Lauderdale Beach is unmatched. I paid extra to have a balcony that turned out to be super dirty, looking like it had not been cleaned once since opening. We were close to the excitement, yet our location was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful lobby and rooms. We loved that the pool had an ocean view. Close to the beach (nice view), some restaurants are walking distance, and close to the airport. Told the manager nothing happened. We already have plans to return. Staff was friendly and helpful, well done! Also for how pricey the hotel is felt the pool bar was a little lacking. average price for Florida, but also average service comparing to other resorts in miami area. I did like: The king room with ocean front is perfect!! Enjoy a tropical-inspired cocktail paired with light fare at Acqua Pool Bar. Great for a couple vacation. The Starbucks has beyond terrible service which is not the hotels fault but they should offer hotel guests basic coffee at the very least. super friendly staff. The location is perfect!! it was a great location. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. No menus in the room upon arrival. Basically, same cafe for both breakfast and pool food service. The lady receptionist is nice, we needed taxi and she got us one right away. Prices for food abs drinks were very high too. got a beautiful ocean balcony room for my anniversary,staff got a bottle of wine for us . The water in the room was brown He made us feel like we were friends. The lobby was small and plain. We are British! Umbrellas are $25 per day and we found this well worth it. The Resort Fee is way too high for what you actually get and the valet parking is crazy high too. Even had an upgrade available for us, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was very clean. Jeffrey at the front desk was exceptional remembering our names and asking if we needed anything additional to make our stay better. Could've been cleaner, black hair in the bathroom, pretzel next to the lounge, used tissues under the vanity that were not ours and the shower screen was broken so when you shower water got everywhere. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, but they were low end. Large spacious comfortable rooms. This one was completed and also the receipt was for a different amount than previously. hotel staff is very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!! Also valet prices were a bit steep. Amazing staff!!! parking was a challenge -- lost keys, too full for guests, personality clash with a female attendant. The location was great and the size of the rooms were wonderful!! The on site restaraunt is excellent, but pricey (although an incredible meal was had). I requested to have my sheets changed due to my toddler having a bed wet accident, when we returned the sheets that I requested to be changed were still on the bed. I was definitely not worth what it cost. Second year Ive been and both times were great. A staff member and I talked and a change was made. The services was on point but not the food.
