You cannot go wrong when you buy a Dirt Devil! This one is all contained in the cup. Maneuverability

canister bagless My house has tile and hardwood floors, I live one lock from the beach so sand is an every day issue. However, I will say thisit is light weight, not too loud and is easy to empty. So I'm very happy with this vac. Dirt Devil EZ Lite Canister Vacuum SD40010, Kenmore Progressive Bagged Canister Vacuum 21614, Dirt Devil Vision Canister Vacuum M082700. The only other negative I can say is that the cord is too short. It works very well on hardwood floors but not on carpet.

I hate vacuuming!!

2006-2022 Viewpoints. I bought a dirt devil easy lite based on the reviews that I read. tj@E This is a big time winner for me. One kid, one dog and one messy husband and I feel that a vacuum everyday. or almost. vacuum canister devil dirt lite bagless easy cleaner vacuums cheap ez corded walmart vision cleaners hgtv stars rewind cord protect The canister is easy to empty and clean.

All in all, we're very satisfied. The long hose makes it easy for things to get trapped as well. Most vaccumes will clog with the pet hair but this one is easy to clean out which doesn't cause the motor to get clogged. The filters are hard to clean and have to be ordered on line because not all stores carry replacement filters. I like it that I can change the power setting to lower the noise level. My little Dirt Devil picks up everything on my bare floors. It also seems to be backwards way to carry it. It is so easy to use, store, and move around. I bought this vaccum about 2 years ago and it is still going stong. It is a great value to me. But what I really like about this Dirt Devil machine is that it really cleans! It is lightweight and easy to store. it would be more comfortable it you could carry it the other way. And the cup is also easier to clean and less mess on the outside. :) Bye bye hairs, dirty, grass from my daughter's cleats and sand from the beach. Design This doesnt suck as well as i would like. I didn't expect anything because my current upright (Bissel) is rotten about suction,, but this Devil was surprisingly powerful. It's not heavy, so can easily be picked up, moves well on laminate floors, not so great on deep pile carpet but handled the area rug reasonably well. It's small and compact. Very easy to maneuver around Versatility I like the attachments too. The only thing I'd change about this machine (other than better carpet performance) is to lengthen the cord some, but that's certainly not an annoyance, more of a wish. I do like this vaccum and would recommend it to anyone with hardwood floors or tile. Seems that plastic curved part is a dust and hair clog magnet. Easy to empty, too. I don't know how to store it! I have problems with it clogging on occasion too. It doesn't stand and when it's lying down, I don't know where to put the attached stick and hose so that it'll not fall. I really like it. Very sturdy and well built. It took a clothes hangar and some patience, but I finally got it.

Ease of Maintenance My home has hardwood floors and some carpet. It's awkward to store and take up more space than necessary. If I could, I would take it back and put the money into something more powerful. Suction Performance It's more powerful that the Bissel one we had. And MUCH quieter too. Good overall vaccum, doesnt suction as well as i would have hoped but over all gets the job done The first few days it seemed to work as everyone had suggested, but by the 4th or 5th use I was'nt so convinced. I love the retractable cord, the easy to empty canister and the little brush to help with keeping the couch clean. For me the pick up power isn't the greatest. Design Still have to clean the inside each time, but at least it works well once I do. You really know it is working hard.

I have enough of standing vacuums bacause they are way too big and heavy. I empty the canister after every use and clean the filters every other use. Perfect. Again, this machine is not so hot on deep pile carpet, but on laminate it can't be beat, it's easy to remove the floor head so you can reach crevices or tiny spaces. Now on my floors I just have those indoor/outdoor carpet (very thin) and it does not pick up dirt well at all even with the carpet cleaner piece. I was very pleasantly delighted to see clumps of hair, cat litter, even stems of hay, went right up without me having to "feed" the thing by hand. I am in love with my new vacuum. Suction Performance Plus is the canister is easy to dump out, cord retracts nicely, the thing is light, maneuvering easily. Dirt Devil makes a great product and has a wonderful Customer Service department. e6)EIgf"{lf||U7$8GzR'F5'_)F]TH_rGetd|lF hV23dp",5g;p~Y7U?K The dirt devil canister vacuum makes it easy to keep my wood floors clean and can readily slip on and off the attachments for deeper cleaning. Canister is of course small, but even with the whole house vacuumed, it wasn't full. It was the wrong choice for me. However, I have a BIG problem with it. It does not store easily or conveniently. I can completely wash the canister after vacuuming and remove all dust particles. Turns out, the clog was in the hose, deep down. It is easy to maneurver. The filter is not washable which would make it convenient if it was. Durability I let it air dry then shake out the filter. I've been through a number of vaccumes over the years and this one seems to hold up well to dirt and pet hair. Design

I bought this to get away from the price of bags I was spending on my old vacuum, now I'm back to using my old vacuum again. Durability And we need to clean in the inside etc.

Maneuverability Versatility

They help a lot in the cleaning. /Rttm%fH~ 0Dw).TQPfK7_jN"jqp- \0%am=Un0}#4kaF iP"O': :kw6+l*=(&f/9BAHs^0h4 3mS$2M3IT pI=fMdLZ-LS 9l4VGu&g-,tj4:Y~4=.'~>&88v= xU0UU#d6,XaB!m)V1^Giy72 1z$\&HkQ^b}0}$0I]RQO!QXwR. Every vacuum I had before did nothing but spread the mess around. I can quickly vacuum the floors then easily attach the tools to clean ceiling fans, the couch and chairs, window sills and baseboards. ONLY downside it that it isn't so great on carpet, but my house has 1 area rug and 1 carpeted room. It really does not require any maintainance. The Bissell one we had always had lots of dust on the outside of the cup. One I find my floor is cleaner than It has been in months. I feel the next time i go to use the vacuum it's starting off clean and doesn't have residue from earlier cleanings. :) Haven't had to deal with the filter, but I like that it is washable and therefore I won't have to purchase filters constantly. I have no complaints and would never give up this vacuum. Wonderful suction, even on clumping cat litter that the cats have scattered, which none of the uprights I've used (Bissel, Kirby, Hoover, Singer) have been able to do successfully. Maneuverability This was first Dirt Devil I've had. Ease of Maintenance It beats a bunch of previous uprights all hollow! The D. D. easy lite would be okay for light cleaning but not big jobs like mine (cleaning up after kids, and pet hair). Suction Performance It's brand new, ask me in a year or two! good design. Durability There really should be a better design for that. It comes with a variety of parts that are not able to be attached to the machine itself so I would suggest to keep them in a drawer so they do not get lost. It lays flat to go under tables and couches without having to move the furniture to vacuum.

So far so good! The Dirt Devil EZ Lite Canister Vacuum is MUCH lighter and easy to lug around the house.
