I still have no idea how they can prepare and serve warm, perfectly prepared meals for 170 people without a hitch. She made sure everything we needed was in our room, including some extra dessert from the Venetian dessert table! All of our guests raved about the food and the great time they had. My husband is from Wisconsin and we were having a lot of guests travel from far away, but The Ethan Allen conveniently allowed us to block rooms far in advance so that our guests could plan stay. Even when my bustle on my dress wasn't cooperating Jenn and awesome photographer from Eyecandy LLC was underneath my dress with a million safety pins making sure it would stay so I could enjoy my wedding! The menu we chose was very specific to suit many diets and they accommodated everything we asked for. Excellent carving station and our guests raved about the potatoes!! We saw many positive reviews about the food and after our tasting we knew the food would not disappoint. The energy was infectious. Very convenient location right next to the highway for all our guests coming in from out of town and the staff was very kind and easy to work with. Also, the bottles of wine on the tables weren't replaced when they were empty. My mom is so hard to impress and the next morning she said "how did you find Eileen, she's fabulous!"
