I had finally given up on ALL bridal salons in Fresno due to the same boring styles and low budget designers offered at many of the salons so I went to the internet to find my "dream gown". Just received a nasty message from Debbie telling me that I need to pay her for the extra material for my dress that they ruined! I called today to verify how that was documented and recorded and the owner proceeded to tell me that I have no store credit!?!? It would not have been as big of a deal if they had told me from the beginning, and I could have fit the trips in easier, in my already very busy schedule. We were not. Mia Bella Couture made my wedding dress shopping experience wonderful and effortless! f mistakes along the way, but always made them right. This woman is a THEIF A CROOK A FRAUD and a terrible business woman who is as fake as they come! Debbie, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that we not only had an incredible experience, but even did so under our given budget. Second, the wrong bridesmaid dresses came in.

Had my wedding dress custom ordered/made from the San Diego location. The attention to detail and personal attention to me and my bridal party was exceptional! mes. The last thing I want to mention, is the three times that I came in, after the dress was paid, the girls were rude and didn't seem to care about what was needed to be done to my dress. AND yes, she bought the dress. Their call center just keeps telling me they are waiting on a shipment with no real update. But if I could do it again, I definitely would buy my dress here. Not only is there a huge spectrum of dresses to choose from ranging in many different prices to fit your budget, but Debbie (I'm assuming the owner?) Only then did Debbie look up and snapped back in an accusatory manner, well that makes me suspicious about you all, as if we had some ulterior motive. ecision to go with the dresses as is and accept the total discount offered by the designer. I had a great experience with buying my dress there. I found the dress of my dreams, cute bridesmaids dresses, shoes, hair accessories, flower girl dress, rehearsal dinner dressbasically everything! The staff is so nice, the dresses are amazing, and the whole process is very stress-free! A moment of wedding bliss! I found my dress at Mia Bella after almost buying my dress at a different bridal shop, however i decided to try to see if Mia Bella carried my dress and yes it was there and for less money than what i was going to pay! Didn't receive as big of a discount as they tried to make it seem. At this point we decided it definitely was not worth it if she behaved so defensively and rudely to a valid question (which now after reading several reviews that explained the hell they went through after reciiving the wrong dress or a dress with blemishes) to take the chance and do business with this vendor.

i will admit that i loved my dressit was gorgeous. The dress was well within our budget. The shop itself is beautiful, they have a wide variety of dresses to choose from, and they are very reasonably priced. I had already bought a dress from Davids bridal but when it came in it it wasn't at all what I thought I ordered! I was in absolute awwwww. I am beyond grateful to Debbie and all the girls at Mia Bell for their outstanding customer service and for making my bridal experience everything I hoped it would be. I found the perfect dress, as well as dresses for my bridesmaids and flower girl. I said ok then what about my dress deposit or dress?

We eventually asked to see the same dress in another material and she said it was on hold for another bride so we would not be able to take it out and inspect it but she could give us a peek to compare the fabrics. Debbie could even see the look on my face once I put the gown on. She really is one in a million. Thank you so much, Derek and Leah! When we walked into Mia Bella and were immediately welcomed. They didnt even apologize that they messed up twice. I already had my dress when I discovered them so I ended up only buying my shoes and jewelry from them. they didn"t have my exact dress at the time but Debbie helped me see that the silhouette was actually perfect for me. Being newly engaged myself, I'd done my share of Mia Bella made my job as a bride so easy. They focus all their attention on you and make sure your happy.

Made sure that I ordered it about a year out from the wedding to give them enough time to have it made. Excellent service from the owner, staff, and seamstress. They were amazing. So they really have beautiful garments there, but they were such a headache to deal with. For our area it was the only place that had the selection and quality that I was looking for. However, after the initial trip, and once the dress was paid for, they failed to tell me that I would need to come in for multiple fittings. They were always very helpful. The entire staff makes you feel like you are the only bride there and Debbie is WONDERFUL! I love my wedding dress! Total bait and switch. I was married on a Friday, and didn't receive my gown complete till Wed. Keep in mind that I had my dress purchased over a year and a half in advance and it was a sample dress that needed to be altered. to let me know had I not kept on them.
